1. RETURN POLICY

We will try our best to exchange your product for different size or style options or offer you a store credit.


Once you have made your choice, all you need to do is send your product within 2 days to our studio address: Vapor Inc , Plot no -14, Door no-32, 13th cross street, New colony, Chrompet, Chennai - 600044.


For returns, products need to be in perfect condition, unused and with the original packaging. Please note that accessories are non-returnable or refundable.


To reduce your clothing or textile waste, we encourage you to repair or mend your ROSSBELLE pieces with us anytime post purchase.

When it's time to dispose of your piece please connect with the team at info@rossbelle.com and we will make sure to reward this extra effort towards our planet with a little something!

2. SHIPPING POLICY

For now we have ship only and within India is INR 150 irrespective of the number of items bought. Orders are delivered within 5 to 6 working days. Unless otherwise specifically mentioned in the product details. Delivery of all orders will be duly done to the address as mentioned by you at the time of placing the order. In case of modifications, kindly drop us a mail at info@rossbelle.com within 2 hours of placing the order.
